Don Regan

Don Regan is a Principal at Backswing, bringing extensive experience as a serial entrepreneur and investor across multiple industries. As an active venture investor, Don has participated in multiple successful exits and specializes in capital raising, deal flow, and portfolio company growth strategies. Previously, Don served in a Business Development role within All Points Logistics LLC’s investment arm, where he focused on fundraising, sourcing and evaluating defense technology investments, structuring deals, and supporting portfolio companies. He has expertise in working with early-stage ventures in the national security space, helping them navigate funding opportunities and scale within the defense sector. Beyond his investment work, Don is the COO and co-founder of The Wingmen Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Winter Park, FL. Since its founding in 2012, the foundation has raised over $1.5 million to support individuals and families living with hemophilia and cancer. Outside of the office, Don enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, traveling, and cheering for the Florida Gators! He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Florida.
